Spring Waste Oil Heater Sales Surprisingly Good

Firelake Manufacturing offered a Spring Sale to their distribution network from April 1st through April 30th 2012. The promotion was for purposes of clearing remaining inventory of 2011 waste oil burners and heaters. Quantities of all models were available, including the industry leading patented Horizon Series with a Lifetime Warranty. Demand was much greater than expected. Truck loads of heaters are being prepared for May delivery across the U.S and Canada. Distributors offered three common ideas why the sale was popular, very attractive pricing, increased energy prices, and an increased interest by customers to make general equipment purchases. The waste oil heating season is ending in most of the US and Canada. This means

those of us in the heating industry are just starting work in a different way. It is

time to begin planning for the 2012 – 2013 season. If you have interest in

selling the Firelake product line, are willing to service it, we want to hear from

would be a good time to look at our burners, many dealers are using the event

to stock for Fall at reduced prices. We have areas of the country available for

New Animal Cremation Unit Meets NY Regulations

A new Model P16-SC30 cremation unit was installed last week south of Albany,

New York. This model meets the newest NY Air Regulations. With a crane

a P16 can be installed in 1/2 a day and test fired within hours. The client

(Valley Animal Hospital) will use this system to benefit pet owners in the surrounding

area. Features of the P16 are temperature control and recording, extended

flue gas retention time, and large load chamber with hinged balanced door. This

P16 replaced a prior design Firelake model that served the facility for many
